The first reason why you should invest in such a car is the reduced costs. As previously mentioned, there are plenty of charging points all over the globe, and some of them are even available in supermarket parking lots, free of charge.
Also, the maintaining costs are minimal. By comparison to petrol or diesel cars that include over 2000 moving parts, an electric car only has 20 such moving parts, which leads to low costs of maintenance and fewer chances of having to replace some of the components.
Obviously, there is also the environmental issue. Electric cars have zero emissions, meaning their carbon footprint is minimal. In the future, if we want to diminish pollution and breathe fresher, healthier air, electric vehicles should be the new norm.
Lastly, don’t forget about the special discounts. There are plenty of Western countries that already understood the importance of clean air and decided to offer substantial discounts for those who are willing to purchase EVs (electric vehicles) instead of regular ones.
